Justine has been a manual therapist since 2016, when she originally graduated as a registered massage therapist. Passionate to extend her knowledge further, she went on to graduate from the National Academy of Osteopathy. Justine also holds certificates in cupping and Graston techniques which she often incorporates into treatments.

Each treatment with Justine is met with compassion and a place of understanding. She understands that pain can be debilitating and believes that the body is capable of healing itself if it is provided the right environment. Justine is passionate about healing deeply on multiple levels. Her goal in a session is to bring balance and awareness to the body as a whole.

Justine's treatments most often include craniosacral therapy, joint mobility work, visceral manipulations, soft tissue release and muscle energy techniques.

Justine is excited to be accepting new patients at Kingsway Wellness. She believes in building a therapeutic relationship to create individualized treatment plans for each patient’s unique presentation. She is passionate about educating her patients about self-care and exercise rehabilitation to reach their treatment goals and maintain good health.
