My name is Denise Chmil, RMT
Denise graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy where she excelled both academically and in her hands-on clinical studies. Additionally, Denise has completed advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage specializing in pre and post operative care, and also is trained to provide Manual Lymphatic Drainage to treat her non-surgical clients.
Denise views every client as unique and tailors her treatments to meet their individual needs. Her clients have ranged from elite athletes and weekend warriors to those struggling with fertility, people preparing for surgery and recovering from surgery, pregnant people, new parents, people living with chronic pain and illness, and those simply looking to decrease muscle tension and relax.
Denise employs many different techniques in her treatments including Swedish Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Techniques, Rhythmic Techniques, and Tapotement to address her clients’ specific concerns and to help them meet their treatment goals.
Outside of the clinic Denise enjoys fitness, reading, studying psychology, and spending time with her family and friends.
