I’m passionate about improving lives through hands-on care, I'm a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated with honours in 2023. With a deep understanding of soft tissue conditions, I specialize in applying personalized treatments that encompass Swedish and deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, and targeted stretching for optimal relief and relaxation.

Beyond my professional role, I have been a competitive bodybuilder, channeling discipline and dedication into sculpting my physique. Golfing is another beloved pursuit that challenges my precision and focus. When I'm not in the studio or on the course, I'm a proud parent to two lively boxers who keep my life full of energy and joy.
